Appointment Policies
Before Your Appointment
- Deposit payment is required prior to scheduling your appointment
- Arrive with clean eyes—no makeup or eye enhancements
- Services require a minimum 2-hour time commitment
- Mentorships require a minimum 4-hour time commitment
Mentorship Requirements
Mentorships must be paid 50% as a deposit two weeks prior to your scheduled date. This ensures your spot is secured and allows time to purchase mentee-specific materials.
Model Services
By accepting a model appointment, you consent to having photos taken for marketing content and promotional purposes.
Refund Policy
Absolutely no refunds will be issued on any service and/or mentorship. All sales are final.
Liability Disclaimer
You, the client, mentee, and/or model, acknowledge that no service provided or performed is guaranteed to be satisfactory. Under no circumstance or jurisdiction is any provider at fault if any process of any service results in unsatisfactory or unexpected outcomes, even in cases that cause harm, bodily damage, or death.
By booking any service and/or mentorship, you agree to all policies stated above.
