What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cash App. For service appointments, remaining balances may be charged to the card used for your deposit.
Are deposits refundable?
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be applied to rescheduled appointments but will be forfeited upon cancellation.
Can I bring a guest to my appointment?
No, guests are not permitted during service appointments.
What are VIP time slots?
VIP appointments are available outside of standard hours (before 10:00 AM or after 7:00 PM) or on scheduled days off to accommodate fully booked schedules.
